GSO - Italy - Research and Conference on high potentials’ skills

25 November 2010 - GSO is pleased to present a newly defined portfolio of core skills for the identification and evaluation of high potential people, as a result of a research conducted by GSO and the University of Verona. These skills will be benchmarked against different industries and organizational levels.

Leveraging on its international focus, GSO will also present international standards for the Assessment Center. Moreover, GSO, as the Italian representative delegate from UNI within the ISO commission for the incoming norm on “Psychological Assessment”, will present an update on norms, certification and the Italian professional requirements.
