October 6 – Presentation of the new book 'Make your organization FIT – improving without reorganising' written by Arjan Eleveld, Managing Director of LTP. The book describes the role leadership plays in improving the condition of organizations. It provides insight in how FOCUS, INVOLVEMENT and TRUST impact the condition of organisations and thus their success and gives practical advice on how to improve FIT-levels.
